ANLC has completed feature landscapes at many of Melbourne's most prestigious residential developments. These projects are often complex, requiring detailed strategic planning.

ANLC successfully completed 33 Mackenzie Street with builders Brookfield Multiplex, in which we achieved a world first with our subcontractor We Blow, by blowing soil medium vertically to levels 4, 27, 30 and 31. This high risk project was completed on time and budget. ANLC’s scope included in-situ walls, advanced tree planting, soft landscape and civil works to the building perimeter.

Yarra’s Edge Tower 8 was completed in March 2013 for Mirvac Constructions. ANLC’s package encompassed both civil and landscape packages. Works were completed on the ground level, atrium and levels 3, 4, 5 and 6. ANLC look forward to continuing our strong working relationship with Mirvac in the future.

Living in Carlton Stages 1 & 2 project was completed for the consortium of builders, St Hilliers, Australand Holdings and Citta Property Group. ANLC completed all hard and soft landscaping which included feature trees, under-story planting, synthetic grass, exposed aggregate concrete paths and custom built barbecues.
